Arcadia Shipping
Our client is one of the biggest player in Oil, Gas and Chemical tanker in Indonesia. We created a dashboard to transform their scattered documents into web-based application platform.

Challenge
Arcadia has a lot of documents and paperworks consisting of 30 oil, gas and chemical tanker. After going through an extensive due diligence and interviews with multiple division, we discover that their root cause are the documents with no reminder of an expiry date. Thus, when the ship disembark from Port A to Port B with an expired ship documents, the ship can get fines up to $10,000 if they provide an expired documents when going through the customs.
The company would like to follow the pertamina standard that has the capability of Safety Management Reporting, Risk Reporting, Daily Journal and Crew List documents.
