What we built
Two connected products: the Playtopia app for tickets, memberships and payments, and a custom cashier and inventory dashboard for Playtopia Sport. Delapan Teknologi covered product management, UX research, product design and engineering.
In the app, visitors choose a venue, buy tickets, pay and enter with a QR code, and members carry a PLAYCARD with their membership tier.
At the outlet, the cashier system takes walk-in orders by date and play time slot, registers new customers, shows shoe availability by size for each session, applies vouchers and takes payment by QRIS, with an attendance log and warehouse inventory alongside.
